Ksenia Nouril and Sara Raza on Pushing Boundaries

 

Join Ksenia Nouril and Sara Raza for the final conversation in a series focused on the meetings of curatorial practice with other artistic disciplines. Nouril speaks to her current role at The Print Center in Philadelphia, and the opportunities and challenges faced by medium-specific institutions. The two curators discuss Nouril’s research for MoMA’s C-MAP program and her recent publication, Art and Theory of Post-1989 Central and Eastern Europe: A Critical Anthology.

KSENIA NOURIL
Ksenia Nouril is an art historian, curator, and writer specializing in global modern and contemporary art. Nouril holds an MA and PhD in art history from Rutgers University. She is the Jensen Bryan Curator at The Print Center, a nonprofit institution in Philadelphia devoted to the growth and understanding of photography and printmaking as vital contemporary arts.
