Webinar: Art Writing and Criticism with Owen Duffy
In partnership with Yeh Art Gallery
Join curator Owen Duffy in an interactive webinar discussing art writing and criticism. A published art writer, Duffy shares tips on how to successfully pitch editors and how to get compensated for your writing.
Duffy starts by explaining how he got started in writing about art, and will conclude with a conversation, inviting participants to consider the roles of the artist, art critic, and writer during uncertain times. We will also collectively brainstorm writing opportunities, and consider how to think and write about art from our current virtual reality.
